As the name suggests, the Customer Advocacy Unit works to protect the interests of our customers. In a broader sense, in this unit, although receiving their salaries and benefits from Chalak Fanar, essentially act as representatives of our customers within the company.
Responsibilities of the Customer Advocacy Unit:
• Adjusting prices to benefit the customers.
• Rescheduling production plans in favor of customer needs.
• Providing real-time production updates to customers.
• Sending all test results to the customer’s representative.
• Checking the packaging type if a packaging design is provided by the customer, or creating a custom packaging design based on the type and weight of the spring if no packaging design is provided.
• Delivering customer shipments within the specified timelines.
•Ensuring customer shipments are sent at the best possible price.
