How can I place an order if I don’t have a drawing or sample ?

Just provide our specialists with your requirements and the counterpart parts of your product. Our team will provide the suitable design for you as soon as possible

Can I return an item ?

Chalak Fanar is proud to have implemented the Six Sigma quality control system in its production. Due to this, returns are not possible, as all parts are custom-made and produced with customer approval.

Can a spring be upgraded or replaced with another type ?

Yes, in some cases, a new spring can be used to improve product performance or optimize costs based on its application. Chalak Fanar is committed to providing replacement and cost-effective solutions through its advanced mechanical laboratory and trained design specialists. These solutions will be communicated to the customer’s Quality Control and R&D units.
